- Horse-drawn carriages - Several horse-drawn carriages and sleighs used by Leavenworth citizens.
- Dugout Canoe - Circa 1750-1810, preserved and encased in glass enclosure.
- 1965 Mack Pumper Fire Truck - Restored and maintained by a local retired firefighter. Always entered in parades and flies military flags.
- Silver Slot Machine and Warrant for its confiscation - The 10 cent slot machine was made in the mid 1950's.
- 1960's Commander's Cupola from an Abrams Battle Tank - 1,010 manufactored by Kramer Machine & Engineering Products Co.
- Broom Making Machine - Operated by a local family in the 1920's.
- 1830's Kansas Central Railroad narrow gauge 24-foot Boxcar - Currently in the restoration stage. Can be viewed outside the museum.
- Buffalo Bill Exhibit and Cody Safe - The safe that reportedly held the gold dust of Buffalo Bill's father, Isaac Cody.
- Abernathy Furniture - Twin Beds, Vanity with mirror and 36-drawer hardware storage cabinet.
- 1930 Advertisment Canvas; 22 advertisers - Hung in one room public schools
- Antique appliances - Early GE refrigerator, old time kitchen and washing machines
- The J & J Miniature Circus (6 ft by 8 ft) - by the Nortons. Has been displayed in six states.
- Great Western Stoves - The Great Western Stove Co. was located in Leavenworth in the early 1800's. One now valued at $4,250.
- Thirteen hundred square feet displaying Leavenworth County penal institutions' artifacts including:
- Scale model of the U.S. Federal Penitentiary
- Constructed by inmates of the U.S. Federal Penitentiary in 1960's
- Scale model of the Lansing Correctional Facility
- Constructed by inmates of the then Kansas State Prison in the 1960's
- 8 ft by 12 ft Jail cell removed from former county jail and installed within museum.
- 1,800 wood worker's tools - from the John Sachse Estate
- Largest Western Union Telegraph Company collection in the world (exceeds even the Smithsonian) - Includes Morse Code, Teleprinters, Candy Grams, Dolly Grams, and more.
- Extensive (G)overnment (I)ssue of WWI's Doughboy PVT Elwood Leach, a former Leavenworth resident. Includes bugle and burial flag.
